If the ordered items are small in size it will be delivered directly to your mailbox. Otherwise you will be notified by sms/post when and where your products can be fetched.
OBS: If you don't fetch your products you'll need to pay a fee of €16,6.
We will send out your products within 3 working-days after your order if you pay with credit card. If you pay by invoice, we will send it out within 3 working-days after we have registered the payment on our account. The freight time is no more than 2 days inside Sweden and 4 days for other European countries. If there is any problem that affect the time of delivery we will contact you and you will have the right to cancel your order. In case you have paid in advance we will send your money back within 30 days.
GuaranteesAll of our products can be used in Sweden and all manuals are available in Swedish. All guarantees are valid in Sweden.
Offers/SalesA product is on sale as long as it is in stock if nothing else is mentioned.
Returns and damaged goods
You can always return your order if you are not happy with it, as long as it is sent back in its unopened package within 14 days. In case you want to return the product, please contact us on email@example.com or 0046-8-22 00 09. Please note that you have to pay for the return freight cost.
If you receive a product in an bad condition and want to make a complaint about it, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org or 0046-8-22 00 09. In case we accept the complaint you will have your money back and Happystore will be responsible for the freight cost. In all disputes we will follow the recommendations from the "Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden".
